The Avalon Group was founded in 2009 by company president, Jeff Cedar. Over the last four years we have recruited and successfully placed many candidates with large, medium and small-sized companies. Our goal is to establish long-term relationships with both our clients and candidates looking for positions. Our services span a wide range of industries, but we have become widely recognized as specialists in placing candidates related to property management, real estate and construction. We run extensive job searches for our clients and call upon our large network of industry partners to find the perfect match for each position.
